Sandee Wendler
Education: Graduated with a BA from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa.
Family: Married to Steve and we have been blessed to have raised two daughters and one son. Our daughters are nurses in the area and our son is a civil engineer in Illinois We have one granddaughter whom we have the privilege of caring for often since we have returned to this area.
Interesting Facts: Grew up in a small country church in the cornfields of Iowa so can relate well to Adamsville Road Church of God.
After college, we joined Youth with a Mission (YWAM) and we were sent to Bangkok, Thailand to work with the office staff ministering to the Cambodian refugees in the camps for 2 ½ years. We were able to work in the camps directly with the refugees for the last year of that time.
Christian education was important for our children so we home schooled our three children and are currently home schooling our granddaughter.
Being able to combine faith, service, and job all in one is a blessing as Administrative Assistant here at ARCOG.
